that the Gleim Online will remain current for at least 18 months from
your purchase date. Also, Continued Access will be provided on a
per-part basis and is contingent upon meeting certain conditions such as
(1) Completing 90% of the Gleim Online before sitting for the
corresponding part(s) of the exam. This requirement can be satisfied by
completing either 90% of each Gleim Online instructional element for all
study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online study units in
their entirety, (2) Completing 90% of each question type; this includes
multiple-choice and true/false questions, and (3) Sitting for the
purchased part(s) within 9 months of your purchase date. Other
conditions may apply and/or are exam specific.

ETHICQUEST CONTINUED ACCESS GUARANTEE
Simply put, as long as you are in good standing with the Gleim Online Continued Access Guarantee, you will have full and complete program access to (1) all archived lectures, (2) EthicQuest self-study materials, (3) Web access to our live in-person classroom training, and (4) access to your EthicQuest professor.
FEE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
The fee will be fully refunded if notice of cancellation is received by EthicQuest ten (10) days prior to the first class of the course. Afterwards, refunds will be on a pro-rata basis less a $150 administrative fee. Refunds will only be given upon written request by the student sent via e-mail to registration@ethicquest.com. There will be no refund for any missed classes.
EthicQuest reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollments as determined by EthicQuest. If EthicQuest cancels courses, those students will be notified about cancellation at least five (5) calendar days prior to the start of classes. In such cases, payment for those students will be fully refunded, if processed, for the current registered course.
UNFORESEEN EVENTS
EthicQuest reserves the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen events. If EthicQuest cancels class due to unforeseen events, classes will be rescheduled for a date whenever instructors are available (either a weekend date or a weekday date).
STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
I certify that all the information I have provided about my identity is correct and accurate. I agree that I have no personal interest in the material obtained from the course and I will use the materials obtained from the course only for my preparation. I will not copy or cause to be copied or reproduced in any way, form, or manner, electronic or otherwise, any of the materials obtained from the course. I will keep materials obtained from the course confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. EthicQuest reserves the right to remove any student that adversely affects the quality of the classes. I agree that I will not electronically record the course lectures in any way. I will not hold EthicQuest liable for failure to pass any exam. Further, I agree to hold EthicQuest harmless from any academic, administrative, criminal, or civil proceedings brought about by my own negligent or intentional furnishing of misrepresentative information. Any disputes, claims, or actions arising out of or relating to this student enrollment agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. I agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in Fairfax County, Virginia to resolve any such dispute even if my residence is in another county, state or country, and agree that Virginia shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute. In consideration for the above, EthicQuest shall assist me in learning the course I registered to the best of its ability.
